Open Question: Felony expunge question?
I was convicted of a felony a few years ago. I was 18 at the time and was in a car while my ex friends went and stole property. I only got 1 1/2yrs prob and restitution. I have worked very difficult in my community to regain trust and help other kids out with there issues. I have two jobs and will re-attend a university in the fall. My question is what can I do to receive this stupid mistake expunged. I haven't even had a ticket since, but I feel bad every time I have to share this with anyone. Maybe I deserve it, but it seems to be partially running my life and if anyone has suggestions I would really appreciate it. I live in Nebraska.
