I am working on my license rt now but a car hit me. No i dont have insurance and my license are suspended. My moms car does have full coverage though. sure, you might receive some games on other networks, but in order to receive every games you have to have nfl sunday ticket, which is only sold through directv and directv has a contract with nfl to be the only provider. it depends a lot on the team too. winning teams with a long history and good ratings are more likely to be shown on other networks or in primetime, but say I like to watch the seahawks and live in des moines, I can guarantee you will look few if any games on cbs, fox, espn, nbc or nfl network, thus the only way to receive their games in this case is nfl sunday ticket and the only way to receive that is with directv. so now do you understand what I mean by monopoly

Hello, I completed my CCNA in the month of MAY, searched a job as closely related to networking as possible for 2 months and finally landed my self in a Network support team. In brief i am a Fresher in Networking (Total exp is of 3yrs but not in networking) My real question is about my job profile, what i do is to monitor the network of a company spread across the country, in every 104 locations. I keep a watch on a Network monitoring software which has the entire topology laid down, I watch that no link should go down breaking the connection between our Main Router and the location (Main router is located in our cooperate office) and if the link goes down its my duty to follow-up with the effected location and find out the reason, if its due to network problem i call up the network provider and book a Fault ticket and ask them to solve it soon, as it effects the business. This is what i do the whole day, in my early days of job search i was rejected in every the companies for my lack of experience in networking. Hence in many of the discussion forum i was told to receive in a network support team and make my way up. Now, please consider the work i described I do and tell me am i in the right job?

Let's say an officer pulls over a Hispanic man for not fully stopping at a cease sign. Not a big deal...a daily occurrence for an officer. Its the officer's choice to write a ticket or give a warning. What would the man do to make the officer ask for American citizenship papers? There are very FEW people that you should give your SS# too, and an officer on a traffic cease is NOT one of them. Some states give illegals licenses. I was convicted of a felony a few years ago. I was 18 at the time and was in a car while my ex friends went and stole property. I only got 1 1/2yrs prob and restitution. I have worked very difficult in my community to regain trust and help other kids out with there issues. I have two jobs and will re-attend a university in the fall. Open Question: How can you get assessed a "civil assessment" on a non civil case?

How is it legal for them to pass a law without our permission on something that we are going to have to pay for for being less than 10 days tardy on a ticket...that is loan sharking! I had a 25 dollar fix it ticket and now i owe 350 for a "civil assessment fee" since when is a fix it ticket classified as a civil matter? Ok, I'm sleepy of every the man bashing. I guess the first question out the gate would be why is it ok to bash men and not women? Second, why are there no positive males in media? Where in the big book of gender etiquette does it say men are to be guilty until proven innocent? Dear L, when a person becomes a single parent, they should understand that for the most part they will be raising the child on their possess. If the other parent is removed it should be for the good of the child. If the child would be better off with both parents, the parents should accept their responsibility to their child and stay together. Don't stick your nose too high in the air and expect sympathy for accepting the role of "single mom" and then saying you want your ex husband to do everything exactly like you were married. That makes it seem like you got a divorce for YOUR greedy wants. Don't expect people to do anything for you that you aren't willing to do for yourself.

Open Question: Switching from PC to Mac?

So, pretty much my entire life I've been a Microsoft nice of guy. Technically I still am. I have a Zune, 360, a computer running Windows Vista. I now have an iphone 4g and that's the only thing from apple I have. The first ever apple product I had was the first generation shuffle. Any way's my reasoning for switching to mac is really just to step off the line so to talk and go with something different. I want to receive a pretty powerful imac. I'm thinkin core i7, 8 gigs of ram, 1tb difficult steer, 27" screen. That costs around $2,300 USD. I've never spent that much on a computer before, so obviously with those specs I'm looking for something to last me HOPEFULLY 5+ years. every I use my computers for is internet browsing, lots of music and pictures, and the occasional gaming like the sims and warcraft (both of which are compatible with mac) From the articles I've browsed it seems like you pay a higher ticket price at first on a mac but every website has shown they are up to par with pc's and eventually don't cost as much. Most people who review imac's adore the machines and the most common negative I look is about the glossy screen having a glare sometimes. I also like how apple sticks with one OS for quite a long time before switching to a new one. The design of the imac also really catches my attention on how it's every packaged into one big screen a wireless mouse and keyboard so it looks very organized on a desk. So basically the point of my topic....now that I've given reasons why I'm thinking about doing it is I want to know how was switching to a mac? how was the adjustment to it, would you buy another apple computer again? did you switch back?, how are apple computers really?

They had every of us stay in a certain area, but while cops were doing there thing I walk away in the area to look for my purse, I wasn't running or trying to escape. They every put sirens and lights like I was seriously escaping and they took me in for 12 long hours! I was slurring but not being belligerent at every. I got a drunk in public 647. What will happen now that I broke probation? DUI was in Ventura...if it matters. What is my best move to stay away from jail! Please help, no funnies please

I am jewish/ Israli so I am from there(Israel) I came to Miami when I was 12 now every my family such as grandparents, cousins, aunts, old friends still live there.... I'm over 18. I just got my first ticket ever - 15 mph over the speed limit in Upstate NY - NJ license. The officer said that my parents dont have to know - nothing on my driving record etc. I've been googling it though and it seems that since its out of state I receive 2 points on my license but my insurance probably wont go up. Can I still receive a ticket for a hill hold and not turning the tires on a slanted road? I couldn't start the car because of some battery problem so I couldn't turn the wheels. I even left a note saying the tires wouldn't turn and that the engine couldn't start. A few hours later I got a ticket for it. And I know he saw the note because thats where he put the ticket right below of. Is there any way to defend it? I don't want to pay for another parking ticket seriously. Okay Im not trying to make this depressing but I haven't seen my dad for a bout 3-4years seriously. But Im visiting him because i have a half brother that's turning 4 n i only saw him when he was a newborn.i don't keep in touch with him so much cause he has anger probs like he threw my sega game system and my radio at the wall when i was 7 n he also left mi on the side of the road because i didn't give him my game boy.Of course mi mom was like "what the F***! turn around and receive my F****** daughter right now!" He also used 2 beat mi w/ a belt against the wall for getting a simple math problems wrong when i was in 1st grade like whats 2 + 2. my mom disagrees with what he does cuz she also has anger issues and it was like a freakin cage battle in mi home everyday with their arguments. I just cover my ears, sob and hide someplace like below a table because he would toss, hit, and slam things and he almost threw a seat at my mom(he has never hit her before though thank goodness). They would also argue about how he would arrive home tardy at night from a bar(cause he was an alcoholic i dunno if he is anymore). He also used 2 scream in my face and say that i wasn't perfect 2 him. By the time i was 8 mi mom separated from mi dad i saw him here n there n when i 12 he called mi fat straight up when i got out of the airplane 2 visit him n of course his new wife just gotta add more wood into mi dads flame n he gets mad at mi for being fat and other random stuff. He was also drinking while driving when i was 13 and i was in the back seat n mi step mom was pregnant 2. ugh i hate him but hes my dad i gotta adore him. Recently he tries 2 invite mi 2 his home but i didn't wanna go n he bought airplane tickets behind my back n mailed them 2 mi n i was pissed n i still didn't go cause i didn't want him screaming in mi face bout random S***. N he got so mad that he was talking 2 mi step dad n he said 2 mi step dad that i should've died in a abortion just like the other baby did (which would've bin mi older sister) n that made mi SO mad i barely talk 2 im anymore after that. Now im 17 years old and im still freaked out 2 look him or even talk 2 him at every. Open Question: I just got a speeding ticket and am kinda scared :/?

im 17 and i got a speeding ticket for the very first time going 51 in 35 (16 over) . he said he only put me going at 44 in 35 which saved me like 100 dollars. he told me to take an online course to receive the points off my license and i am doing that and it will also keep me 18% on the fine which was 130$ after i receive the certificate saying i did the course do every i have to do is send that in with the money and ticket on it to the clerk of court? im really scared and i dont know what i have to do and if i am doing it right i need some help please i am in florida im going out of town in like 5 days for one week. how soon should i do this. also on my ticket the boxed checked says that it is an "infraction which does not require appearance in court". and no i have not told my parents. but i am pretty sure that i will have the money to pay so hopefully i wont need to tell them

Open Question: Is this left turn car accident my fault?

I got into an accident about a week ago. I was making a left turn at a busy intersection which was undergoing construction. The other side of the road was at the bottom of a curve. I thought the road was clear because I couldn't look anyone coming around the curve. I only saw the car about a second before it hit me. The police did not ticket me, said the area was dangerous, and that the other car was probably going quick, but the police officer said that I was probably trying to beat the other car (I wasn't-I legitimately didn't look it until it was too tardy). Insurance is still trying to determine liability. Does it sound like I will be found liable? Also, if I didn't receive a ticket but I'm found liable, will points be added to my license? the police told me, specifically, that they're not (and never are going to) give me a ticket
