Becuase he has a game, he cannot go. She asked me to go and i dont know what to do. Theres a huge chance that she is just asking me to make her boyfriend jealous. Idk help, should i go?

Open Question: Driver license ticket issues AUO (Aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle)?

Ok read this carefully I got AUO (Aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle) and it is an misdemeanor in the 3rd degree and I got a ticket for unlicensed driver a violation. Now I didnt receive these tickets and charges when I got pulled over I got it from a totally different situation. My pal was outside the car and I was driving down a road slow then he jumped on the hood and I got spooked and hit the brakes difficult. He fell off the hood and got banged up real bad he didnt go to the hospital. The next day he went to school nurse and said he got hit by a car. The SRO (school resource officer) talked to him and found it was me. Now the SRO called me and wanted me to tell him what happened I told him that I want to remain silent and I wanted a lawyer. I offered and I went to the school and talked to SRO. Again I said I have a right to remain silent and I want to talk to a lawyer, but was saying you dont need a lawyer for this and you have no reason to be silent (By the way im majoring in criminal justice so I know cops are allowed to lie to you). I asked if anything said here will be used as a statement in court he said no. So I told him what happened and he said he will contact me in a day. Two days later I find out that wont be charged with anything that happened with my pal(because he was liable when he jumped on the hood) but im being charged with AUO in the 3rd degree misdemeanor (Which is crime). He said that in the process of doing an accident report for what happened he found I had a suspended license and that is how I got the charge. Im planning to go to trial with this case. My questions are: Can he use what I said for accident report? Would I be able to file a motion to suppress the accident report as evidence when I go to trial? What doesn't make sense to me is when he was investigating the accident that happen.....how can I be charged with crime when it wasn't a criminal investigation and how can my accident report statements be used against me if I was trying to provoke my rights and he continued to ask me questions? They are now currently investigating the indecent as criminal investigation. But if my main point is if he had never started it as accident report it would have never turned into a criminal investigation. So if i receive accident report suppressed wouldn't that make everything after that have to be thrown out? And by the way the sentence for AUO (Aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle) is a max fine of $500 or 30 days in jail max (Rarely happens in this type of court case)

Open Question: How Can i Have a life in a new town/state/city?

okay i know this might sound dume and stuiped but how can i life if i don't know anyone in my new town/city/state my mum just met theses people and now there going out ever other week to look shows and stuff cuz they receive free tickets from gambling so they would always invite my mum i can't go to the shows b/c there only for adults and there in casinos i am not in school yet cuz there stuiped but this guy might ask me out but i am not sure if he dose i will be very nurvouse to go out on a very first date . Open Question: How do I file in Louisiana to represent myself and file motion for discovery?

I got a ticket in Louisiana, though I live in Texas. I am a non-resident of Louisiana with a ticket I want to battle. I thought I could just represent myself, and file motion for discovery, or file below the freedom of information act. However, I have been informed that ONLY AN ATTORNEY can file motion for discovery. Basically I am being denied access without an attorney to any discovery in my traffic case. The ticket was for "driving too quick for conditions". I want to go Pro Se, and file this motion, and the discovery. Anybody know exactly how I would go about this, with this apparently ridiculous state of Louisiana?

Open Question: Doesnt the officer have to see you driving too fast for conditions to write you a ticket?

Ok, I got a ticket a year ago because I had hydroplaned in Louisiana, and slid into the median. The vehicle I was driving, was the only vehicle involved. I did not call the State Troopers out there, but the person who did, once the officer showed up left. He assumed I was going the posted speed limit of 70 miles per hour when he got there, and wrote me a ticket for driving too quick for conditions. When he was there, physically able to look the scene, it was light rain, but had rained heavier at the time it happened. Between the 5 minutes of it happening, and him showing up it had stopped raining heavy and was sprinkling, then the sun came out. I want to know, wouldn't he to prove this case in court have to PROVE I was going that quick? If so, what means does he have? I was going 0 mph when he showed up. He has no statements, but his possess. I never signed any statements. He did not even put anything on the citation about an accident until AFTER I had already signed it and left. And what is a good defense, against "driving too quick for conditions", aside from the fact he has no radar proof, and did not physically look me himself driving in any manner that could be presumed too quick for conditions, and aside from the fact that what is the safest speed to travel in rain? Because apparently if you have any type of accident in rain such as hydroplane they are going to say you were driving too quick, thats the only way it can happen. Thats what he told me as he wrote me the ticket. He was fairly new to the Troop at the time he wrote me the ticket, almost a year ago. He had only been with the State Troopers for about 8 months at the time. Very young, very inexperienced. The courts copy shows an accident, and statement from the officer, but mine does not. Nor did I give any statement, or sign a statement other than the citation before he went adding to it after I left. There was no police helicopter used. And if this citation is "legal" when the officer saw me completely stopped, what would the safest speed to guarantee, without reasonable doubt that one will NOT hydroplane? I am thinking it is a ridiculous answer of 0mph is the only way to guarantee you will not hydroplane. And no, I never made a statement, other than I was driving and slid off the road. He assumed I was driving posted speed limit of 70mph. Also, they at one time wanted to reduce it to "impede flow of traffic". Seems to me their just tryin to receive a fish in the basket, and collect some money. Like I said, nothing on my copy about an accident, and statement and every on the officers copy. Hmm, and thats legal? In otherwords, where it says accident, yes or no checkbox on the ticket, my copy is no. His copy is yes, with a statement from him.

Open Question: People that have to be right about everything and draw attention to themselves?

Hi everyone, so I know this guy. It seems like he always has to be right about everything. When we are talking among ourselves and someone goes, "Hmm, I don't know!" he doesn't miss a beat - he's blurting out some random fact related to the subject, even if it's incorrect. When a pal was talking about a speeding ticket she got, we were every sympathizing with her, while this guy hops in and says, "Well..." and starts naming off a bulleted list of why she deserved the ticket. He has a lot of tall and irritating tales about how he has an abnormal amount of muscle (The guy's overweight, by the way), how he has a katana sword by his computer desk...just toss it out, and he's got it. Now he supposedly hurt his knee and suddenly realized that he can't put weight on it, and he's walking and limping around...on one crutch. It's humorous, unbelievable, and irritating at the same time, and my friends agree. What do you think is going on with him psychologically, does he feel inadequate in some way do you think? I have discussed this with friends but they have no ideas on how to cease this behavior, or at least how to not encourage it. Any ideas? Thanks.

Open Question: Would let your 18yr old daughter & boyfriend ..?

*repost due to silliness* steer to the city that's about 6 hours away to go to an Alexisonfire concert and then go shopping ? Say she'd be going with her 19 yr old boyfriend and they're both fully licensed (meaning they have 0 restrictions) and very experienced drivers AND they have both have relatives up there in case of emergency ? You also would know the name of the hotel they would be staying at and they would call home when they wake up, some point during the day and then before bed. They'd also be paying for their possess gas, accommodations, food, tickets, etc. Why or why not ? *PS I don't want any "live on your possess / we're raising spoiled nothings" nonsense. Where I live the legal age to move out is 19, and not every parent feels the need to kick out their child on their 18th birthday. Also THIS 18 year old is in university, so once again there's no "raising lazy spoiled nothings" Alcohol wouldn't be an issue either. I'm the 18 year old by the way - but since my boyfriend is 19 and legal he would be the one providing it, and if he did then he wouldn't be allowed into the RCMP - you can not buy any lq for a minor. (19 is age of majority)

Open Question: What should I do to raise awareness?

Are you aware that there are people in this world that have a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way? My mom for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either. Oh well I am not one of those people I am 6'4" 245lbs and I exercise every day. I would adore to look you say something like to my mom in front of me. It was my pal (age 22) and I. I understand there is no acceptable reason, but I did it to return the items for store credit to receive gas so I could go to work. The total cost of everything was around $63. This happened in Oklahoma City, OK. I really really hate myself right now because it looks like I have no morals but I really do. I'm just a little needy right now with no one to help me. I'm a college student also. The police came and gave us tickets that said larceny. What's going to happen to us? Ok so I have a citation I called the clerks office thing they said I have to wait 10 days to find out the fine or punishment. They told us that we are banned from al wal marts in ok. Open Question: Is it illegal to be in possession of a radar detector in Ontario?

I recently had my car illegally searched. (Good luck proving that I know :-). I had a 10 year old cobra detector that was wrapped up and in an open area underneath my dashboard. I haven't plugged it in since in attended school in the United States back in 2004. Who knows if it even still works. And I actually asked the officer what it was because I forgot I even had it. The police seized the detector and wrote me a ticket for driving a motor vehicle with a radar device. So is it illegal to be in possession of a radar detector in Ontario? Thanks for you input.

Open Question: How many times have you seen someone get a traffic ticket in which you clearly saw the offense in front of you?

I believe that I've only once in my life seen a cop turn his lights on and go after someone when I clearly saw the offense. The guy ran a red light. It is unbelievable with every the driving you do how rare it is that a speeder or someone who passes a red light is caught right in front of you. Is it a shortage of cops or is there any other reason why it's so rare? I've seen millions of blatant, reckless drivers in the act yet only once one that was caught. It's disgusting and it will never change.

Open Question: How difficult would it be for an american to see Perfume live?

I think it'd be chilly to travel to Japan to look Perfume live, but of course it will be much harder than seeing a concert locally. There's a bunch of things I've thought of, but is there anything missing that will be challenging? - Need to learn enough Japanese to receive around and interact with people. - Need to buy a concert ticket, which requires reading Japanese well enough and buying it while in a different country. - To receive good a ticket you need to be a member of their fan club, which requires an address in Japan. Am I missing any big things that would make it difficult for a foreigner to do this? Are any of my big points not actually difficult? (Ignoring the cost of a trip like this.)

Ok can anybody help me on these two math problems. 1. Write a system of equations in two variables and solve algebraically: Violet has 24 coins in her purse. The coins are every nickels and dimes. The total value of the coins is $1.85. How many of each type of coin does she have? 2. Same directions as over^^ 24 tickets were sold to a home show. Regular tickets cost $3 and senior citizen tickets cost $2 each. If a total of $62 was recieved in ticket sales find the number of regular tickets sold. Is $1.85. Open Question: How can I meet Michael Buble at one of his concerts?

I'm planning on attending Michael Bubles concert this friday in Fort Lauderdale but I was wondering how one can possibly obtain meet and greet tickets? Or if there is any way for fans to meet him after the concert? Any information would be great!

Open Question: Why do people say....?

Well my little bro keeps saying "raffle" when ever something awkward happens. I don't know if that's how you spell it but he is trying to be "emo" or whatever and he is doing a lot of weird stuff. It sounds exactly like 'raffle' ticket. And he says it like this: raaaaawffle What does it mean? And why does he say it? I even heard another one of his little friends saying that.

Open Question: ME AND MY BF ARGUED ABOUT MONEY...WTF...ADVICE PLEASE!!!?

i lent him money which i was reluctant about as i knew it starts arguments over 6months ago.he needed money whilst he was in jamaica visiting family,so i sent it through.i didn't understand why he hadn't saved before but didn't mention it.he has never been good with money, but its not my place to say that. anyways once he got back he told me he was in debt so i said for him to pay me back when he could. since then he has bought stuff for himself (luxuries) but i haven't mentioned it as i hadn't wanted to start an argument. since then he has asked me to lend him tiny change like £10 here and £20 there. he ous me £120 altogether. he got payed 2 weeks ago now and we haven't spoken for a week(since the argument). we also had spoken before he got payed and he said if i wanted some of my money back, i said yes.if he could send me £20 this month and then £50 next and the other £50 the next month..he agreed. he kept asking me for my bank details but i hadn't had the chance to check my balance as i wanted to before sending him my details. the day of the argument which was over txt msg. i txt him in the morning to look if he could arrive visit me at uni (long distance relationship), as he hasn't visited me yet and i have been at uni since september. i understand he has had work and financial problems (although i think it is also to do with his lack of money management skills and laziness). he replied saying he will let me know by the end of the day but he has no money. to which i responded wow u have no money?? i only have enough for half of your train ticket. i was going to send you my bank details today but im guessing you don't have my £20. (bear in mind he only got paid a week ago and lives with his mum/no home bills) he didn't respond but later that day he txt me saying he needed a loan a big loan. i thought he meant off the bank. so i replied what do you need the money for if you don't mind me being noisy. he txt me back saying if i could lend him money. i said sorry i couldn't. i would if i could but to tell you the truth i really needed that £20 for uni stuff and that im on a tight budget. he replied look katherine i don't want to argue with you , i asked you how many times to send your bank details to which i replied well i don't want to either i told him how difficult it was down at uni and that i don't think he realises and that i didn't think his pay check would go in a week and if he knew he had to give me £20 then why would he spend it?? (he had previously days before told me that he went clothes shopping, which angered me but i didn't say anything as i thought i would receive my £20). i said that i was reluctant to lend money in the past as i knew it cause problems and if next month he could give me half he ous me , that i am telling him in advance he replied f*** this and that i am lucky he doesn't have credit to call me. and that he is going to receive money of his friends and send me every the money he ous me. i replied he didn'tt need to do that i was just asking for the £20 and if he could just stick to what he agreed as i need more money next month not really this month and that he didnt need to be stubborn but if thats what he wishes to do then i cant cease him and not to toss it back in my face as i didnt ask for every of it. i also told him i didn't have strength to argue ( i am sick, the doctor think i have a thyroid problem which makes me sleepy every the time, im having blood tests at the moment) then he started being nasty. he text me back that he doesn't want anymore of my long texts and that if i do there will me f***ing action, (meaning consequences.) i got offended by this and replied fine i will keep it short and sweet. you reap what you sow. you are being rude and horrible to me. keep swearing at me, you are just showing me a different side of yourself to me. i cant be bothered to carry on this conversation with you. he then responded with " katherine you must think i am joking with you. send me your details. i am serious. cease your f***ing bulls***. i dont look me and you ever understanding each other so i will have to do this the right f***ing way. dont text me. im the one that is busy. im up every day working and not sleeping every f***ing day. (which offended me as he knows im sick) what can you bring to the table? lol i replied back saying was he ending it or just asking me not to text as i hadnt read the message properly. he then thought i was ending things and txt me that he is saying he is busy and hasnt got time for me or my bull****.but if that what i want he is chilly with it as it is not as though me or his mum are looking after him.so anything i want. i txt saying i hadnt read the msg correctly as im sick and that it offended me him taking the piss out of me sleeping as it is something i cant help. and that i try my best to look after him which obviously isnt good enough and who is here to look after me? i dont take the piss out of him so he shouldnt do that to me. and th he wanted my bank details to put the money in my account. i dont think he would steal my money but you never can be to careful i guess.. i have been with him for 4 years i also txt him days after the argument to break the ice and said i do adore you but i cant handle your short temper or lack or respect you show me to which he hasnt responded,so i dont know what to do??? i dont particularly want to dump him
